In the kids class, we do mostly tae kwon do to teach the basics. This includes simple punching, kicking, and blocking exercises. effective in defending against varied attacks.

We also go over front rolls, cart wheels, and some obstacle course games. This gets the students used to body movement and helps them practice balance and spacial awareness.

At the end of each kids class, we do some grappling to allow the kids to learn to control not only their balance, strength, and technique, but also their emotions.

There is one enemy we train to defend against - ourselves. If you can master yourself, you can control your life.

The younger kids class (approximately 5 yrs old to 9 yrs old) meets on Thursdays from 5:30 PM to 6:25 PM.

The older kids class (approximately 10 yrs old to 14 yrs old) meets on Thursdays from 6:15 PM to 7:10 PM.
