We learn and practice Tae Kwon Do forms to work on our precision and our movement. Forms help build muscle memory for basic punches, kicks, blocks, stances, and movements. When we practice forms, we should focus on perfection. Every move should be broken down to the bare minimum, understood, and felt so that it becomes a part of you.
As you practice and perfect, you get to the point where you don't think you just do.
