Forms
Forms are a great way to practice the same movements and techniques over and over again until you can do them without thinking. Getting to the point where things are automatic is a key step in your journey to becoming an awesome martial artist. Not the final step, but one that you must pass through.
Form 1 is based on concepts found in karate like hard strikes and kicks. Direct and powerful defense and attack to knock out or break through your opponent.
The Flowing River Martial Arts form 2 is based on Kung Fu.
It focuses on opposing forces (Yin and Yang) and dynamic movements that are seen in the animal kingdom.
